Crosslink Motorsports is gearing up for a pivotal weekend at VIRginia International Raceway (VIR), the second-to-last event of the FR Americas Championship, F4 U.S. Championship, and Ligier Junior Formula Championship (JFC). Known as one of the most challenging and picturesque circuits in North America, Crosslink Motorsports is looking to leave Virginia with some valuable points and hardware.
In the FR Americas Championship, Crosslink Motorsports will field three cars: Landan Matriano Lim, Barrett Wolfe, and team points leader Titus Sherlock. Sherlock arrives at VIR in commanding form after sweeping all three races at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (CTMP), positioning himself as the clear title favorite heading into the final two event weekends.
In the F4 U.S. Championship, Crosslink will campaign two entries in Demitri Nolan and Kekai Hauanio. Hauanio currently sits second in the championship standings and will look to close the gap on the leader with strong results this weekend, while Nolan continues to build consistency in his rookie campaign.
Rounding out the effort, William Rohan will represent the team in the Ligier Junior Formula Championship (JFC). As a rookie, Rohen is a Skip Barber Racing graduate and has been testing with the Crosslink Motorsports outfit.
“VIR is a track that really has it all — high speeds, technical corners, and no room for error,” explained Gil Kaszuba, Owner of Crosslink Motorsports. “Our drivers have been working hard all season, and we’ve built great momentum heading into this weekend. With Titus on a strong run in FR and Kekai fighting at the front in F4, we’re excited to see what this group can accomplish as we close in on the end of the season.”
The weekend will kick off with testing on Thursday, followed by practice and qualifying on Friday for all three championships. Race One for each class takes place Saturday, with Race Two on Sunday. Fans can watch all races live on the SpeedTourTV YouTube channel, while live timing will be available via the Race Monitor app.
