Crosslink Motorsports returned to action this past weekend at Road America for the second event weekend of the 2026 Formula Regional Americas Championship and F4 U.S. Championship seasons. While the weekend schedule originally featured three races for both championships, severe weather on Sunday forced the cancellation of the final race for each series.
In F4 U.S. Championship competition, Fernando Rivera delivered consistent results throughout the weekend, finishing eighth in Race One and improving to seventh in Race Two.
The team’s FR Americas lineup produced several standout performances led by Evagoras Papasavvas and Kekai Hauanio. Papasavvas secured pole position for Race One before converting it into a second-place result. Hauanio crossed the line sixth while Alejandro Bobadilla finished tenth. Kevin Janzen earned another strong result in the Masters class with a second-place finish. Unfortunately, Barrett Wolfe and Aidan Schuh were both unable to complete the full race distance.
Race Two proved to be a breakthrough result for the team as Papasavvas captured the overall victory with Hauanio completing a Crosslink Motorsports double podium in second place. Wolfe rebounded with a fifth-place finish while Schuh fought through the field to seventh. Bobadilla finished 11th, and Janzen once again secured second in the Masters class.
With the weekend results, Evagoras Papasavvas takes over the FR Americas championship point lead with three Crosslink Motorsports drivers inside the top-ten.
Team owner Gill Kaszuba praised the effort from the entire organization throughout the challenging weekend.
“Overall, it was a really strong weekend for our program. Evagoras and Kekai both did an excellent job, and the entire team showed great pace throughout the event. Earning a win and multiple podium finishes at a place like Road America is something to be proud of. We also saw solid progress from all of our drivers, especially considering the changing weather conditions throughout the weekend.”
With momentum continuing to build, the team heads into their next round looking to continue their strong 2026 campaign. Crosslink Motorsports will now shift its focus toward the next set of races at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, scheduled for June 11-14.
